We had some major highlights across our company in Q2.
Q2 was a strong quarter of growth for us as we have expanded to Beverly Hills and Riverpark in Oxnard. These two important markets will allow us to serve new types of patients and deliver care across the Los Angeles region. As we work to build density in these markets and have 24/7 care, we are proud of the teams behind these offices and their work to take care of patients in the optimal way. See our smiles below!

On the people side, we have integrated our central team and clarified our team roles as we prepare for scale. We have build a rockstar team at the office level with several key hires as dentists, office managers, and assistants. We have started to build our central team and are solidifying the progress.
We have many exciting updates as our app is in development and will be launched by end of the year. In the meantime, nearly 10% of our patients are booking online through our website and our goal is to allow patients to book whenever and however they want to. The convenience and transparency of online booking, which is instant and directly links to our central database, is the first step towards this goal. Patients love it and new patients are discovering us through this channel.
We had many breakthroughs in Q2 on the clinical side. Starting with our monthly care team meetings and quarterly in person gatherings, we think getting together as a team and training and learning is the top priority for delivering quality care. We learn from each other and become better doctors.
We started more specialty dental care in Q2 including perio, endo, and ortho. We look forward to adding surgical and some other specialty care soon!
