Q3'24 Clove Dental Update

Wow! What a quarter Q3'24 was for Clove Dental. I am always so impressed by our team of Clovies, now 70 strong. This was our strongest quarter yet, and most importantly, we grew as a team.

We are now 7 offices strong and there are a lot of exciting updates on the operational and technology side. 

We have grown 10x in the last year and are on track to see 25,000 patients. This is a testament to our care team, our overall Clove team, and to our patients. Thank you for your trust.

Here are some of the other major milestones we achieved:

1. Opened 1 new office in Encino

2. Deployed an AI chat bot (Sam) that will integrate with our app and tele-dentistry

3. Launched our own EMPI to track patient data centrally and updated our database

4. Built our central team with key hires in recruiting and care

5. Deepened our expertise in specialty work in periodontics and orthodontics at several locations with training, equipment, and referrals

6. Got statewide approval for CE units, the precursor to Clove University
